Compliance Statement

AIGirls Chat (operated by Zipper Link LLC, a California limited liability company) is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because the Service contains no visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human beings.

All characters, streamers, avatars, photos, videos, and chat content on the Service are entirely AI-generated or constitute computer-generated imagery. No real persons — including no minors and no adults — are depicted, photographed, or recorded in any content distributed by the Service.

Content Generation

Visual content on the Service is produced using AI image and video generation models (including but not limited to xAI Grok Imagine). These models synthesize wholly new imagery on demand. No identifiable real person is used as a base image, training subject, or reference for character generation. Reference images for individual streamer characters are themselves AI-generated.

Character Age Representation

All AI streamer characters are explicitly designed and represented as adults aged 18 years or older. Character backstories, dialogue, and visual presentation reinforce adult identity. Any character designed to appear underage is strictly prohibited from the Service.

If a user attempts to roleplay an underage scenario via chat, the system automatically age-corrects the character (e.g., "we are both grown adults now") and continues the interaction in compliance with this policy. Persistent attempts to coerce content involving minors will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

User-Submitted Content

The Service does not currently accept user-submitted photographic or video content. All content users see has either been generated by the platform's AI on demand or curated by platform administrators using AI tools.

If you believe any content on the Service depicts a real person without consent, or any character is depicted as a minor, please report it immediately to abuse@aigirls.chat with the URL or screenshot. We investigate every report within 24 hours and remove offending content immediately upon verification.
