Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy

1. All Characters Are AI-Generated

AIGirls Chat (operated by Zipper Link LLC) is an AI virtual-companion platform. Every character is a wholly fictional, AI-generated persona. No real people, models, or performers are depicted, employed, or represented anywhere on the Service. All chat, images, and video are produced by AI models from our fictional, adult (18+) character set. See our 2257 Statement.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

We do not produce, and we do not permit any user to request or generate, content (including images, cartoons, simulations, text, or any other media) that relates to:

  • Minors — any person under 18, or content suggesting a minor (including infantilized/“diaper” scenarios).
  • Deepfakes or any depiction of a real, identifiable person without their explicit written consent.
  • Non-consensual scenarios (including sleeping, intoxicated, or unconscious subjects).
  • Incest.
  • Bestiality or animal cruelty.
  • Watersports.
  • Violence, abduction, or snuff / fantasy-snuff.
  • Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
  • Prostitution or escorting.
  • Polygamy.
  • Illegal activity (e.g., instructions to build weapons or to engage in any unlawful plotting).
  • Professional advice (medical, legal, financial, gambling/handicapping, etc.).
  • Hate speech.
  • Use of copyrighted material without the rights-holder’s permission.

3. How We Enforce This

  • Input screening. Every user input that can drive generation (chat messages and image/video prompts) is screened in real time against the prohibited categories above and blocked before any content is generated.
  • Upstream model safety. Our AI providers independently refuse prohibited prompts, providing a second layer of protection.
  • No real-person inputs. Users cannot upload third-party photos or introduce a real person’s likeness, and cannot create or alter characters — so deepfakes of real people are not possible.
  • Logging & enforcement. Attempts to generate prohibited content are logged. Repeated or egregious attempts result in account suspension or termination.
  • Mandatory reporting. Any attempt involving suspected child sexual abuse material is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities as required by law.

4. AI-Content Labeling

The Service presents a mandatory 18+ age gate on entry and discloses site-wide that all characters are AI-generated and not real people. AI-generated media is labeled as such so that users are always aware the content is synthetic.
