Privacy Policy

Zipper Link LLC (operating as AIGirls Chat) ("we", "us", "our") operates the AIGirls Chat platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using the Service you consent to this Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account data

  • Email address (required) — for account login and transactional notifications
  • OAuth profile data (e.g., Google profile name + avatar) if you sign in via OAuth
  • Username, gender, birth year, optional phone — collected during onboarding

Usage & content data

  • Chat messages you exchange with AI streamers (stored to provide conversation continuity)
  • Gift, unlock, and subscription transaction records
  • Intimacy progression metrics per creator

Payment data

  • We do not store or process credit-card numbers. Payments are processed by CCBill (and historically Stripe). They receive your card data directly; we receive only a transaction reference, amount, and status.

Technical data

  • IP address (for fraud prevention and rough geolocation)
  • Browser type, device type, referrer URL
  • Session cookies and local storage entries used for authentication and age verification

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the Service: authenticate sessions, deliver AI chat, process payments, render personalized content
  • Improve the Service: aggregate usage analytics, debug errors, train internal moderation models (excluding chat content unless you opt in)
  • Communicate with you: email transactional confirmations, security alerts, and (if you opt in) product updates
  • Comply with legal obligations: age-verification records, financial reporting, fraud investigations

3. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf under written contracts requiring confidentiality: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN, R2 storage), xAI (LLM and TTS), CCBill (payment processing), email provider for transactional emails.
  • Legal authorities when compelled by valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the Service, our users, or the public from imminent harm.
  • Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account closure
  • Chat history: retained while your account is active; you may purge it at any time
  • Transaction records: retained 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (legal requirement)
  • Age verification records: retained 7 years (legal requirement for adult-content operators)
  • Server logs: rotated and deleted within 90 days

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA/CPRA for California residents, and others) you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Receive a portable copy of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use:

  • Essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session) — required for the Service to function
  • Local storage for age verification (30-day expiry), UI preferences, and active scene memory
  • No third-party tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site analytics

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, row-level security on user records, and access controls limiting employee access to production data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong unique passwords and enable available account protections.

8. International Transfers

Our infrastructure is primarily hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Children

The Service is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has registered, contact support@aigirls.chat.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email at least 30 days before taking effect.
