DMCA Copyright Policy

Zipper Link LLC, operating as AIGirls Chat ("we"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, email dmca@aigirls.chat with all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or person authorized to act on their behalf).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The specific URL(s) on our Service where the allegedly infringing material is located.
4. Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Note: knowingly material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice can result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the affected user (if any) of the takedown.
• Forward the notice to the affected user along with this counter-notification procedure.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@aigirls.chat containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or for any judicial district in which the Service may be found, if outside the US) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material 10–14 business days after receipt, unless the original claimant files suit.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.

Designated Agent
