Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AIGirls Chat (the "Service", operated by Zipper Link LLC (operating as AIGirls Chat), "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Adults-Only Platform

The Service contains adult-themed content, including suggestive imagery and sensual roleplay chat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
  • Access to adult content is legal where you reside.
  • You are not accessing the Service on behalf of a minor.

We reserve the right to terminate any account that misrepresents age or jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

All streamers, characters, and personas on the Service are AI-generated virtual characters. No real persons are depicted, employed, or represented in any imagery, video, or chat content. AI responses are produced by large language models and do not reflect the views of any real individual. See our 2257 Statement for details.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time via the account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice.

5. Payments & Virtual Currency

  • Diamonds are a virtual currency purchased with real money. Diamonds have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • VIP subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Gifts are voluntary, one-time, non-refundable payments using diamonds.
  • Unlocks (private gallery items) are one-time diamond purchases granting permanent access to the unlocked content for the purchasing account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to coerce the AI to generate content involving minors, real public figures, non-consensual scenarios, or illegal activity.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download Service content.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any Service content, including AI-generated media.
  • Use the Service to launder funds, violate sanctions, or commit fraud.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
  • Bypass age verification, payment, or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, character designs, generated media, and trademarks, is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. AI-generated media you receive remains under our license — you may view it within the Service but may not redistribute it commercially.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers for hosting (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare), payment processing (CCBill, Stripe), AI inference (xAI Grok), and analytics. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when their services are invoked.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • AI responses are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
  • If you are in a mental-health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local crisis line (e.g., 988 in the US). The Service is entertainment and is not a substitute for human support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; diamond balances and unlocked content are forfeited and non-refundable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules in Wilmington, Delaware, with the seat of arbitration in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
