Refund Policy

Zipper Link LLC (operating as AIGirls Chat) ("we") wants every paying user to have a fair experience. This Refund Policy explains what is and isn't refundable, and how to request a refund.
1. Digital Goods โ General Rule
Because diamonds, unlocks, and AI-generated content are delivered instantly upon purchase and consumed at the user's discretion, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the diamonds are added to your balance or the content is delivered.
Exceptions are listed below.
2. When We Will Refund
- Technical failure: payment was charged but diamonds were not credited or the unlocked content is permanently inaccessible due to a Service error.
- Duplicate charge: identical transaction processed twice within 24 hours.
- Unauthorized charge: card used without account-holder authorization, confirmed by reasonable verification.
- VIP subscription within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet used the +200๐ first-month bonus, redeemed any monthly bonus, or made VIP-bonused topup purchases.
3. When We Will Not Refund
- Diamonds you have already spent on chat, gifts, image/video generation, scene rentals, or unlocks.
- Gifts already sent to streamers โ gifts are voluntary one-time payments.
- Scene rentals, even unused, after the rental period has started.
- Subscription periods you have already used or are currently using.
- Dissatisfaction with AI character responses, generated images, or roleplay quality. AI outputs are by nature variable; if you receive a clearly broken image you may request a retry, but refunds for "the AI did not act how I wanted" will be declined.
- Any purchase if the account holder has violated the Terms of Service.
4. Cancelling Your VIP Subscription
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your VIP benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial-period refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@aigirls.chat within 30 days of the disputed charge with:
- Account email
- Transaction date and amount
- CCBill / Stripe receipt or confirmation ID if available
- A clear description of why a refund is warranted under section 2 above
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us at billing@aigirls.chat before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks bypass our internal resolution process, incur fees, and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any unspent diamonds. We work in good faith to resolve disputes if you contact us first.
7. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not affect any statutory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If your local law mandates broader refund rights than this Policy, those rights apply.
